My name is PAVEL ŠEFČÍK. I am an architect – with an affinity for design, building culture, precise details, and tech.Born in 1984 in Budweis (Czechia), now based in Zurich. I studied architecture and civil engineering in Prague, with stints in Copenhagen and Mexico.
After my first years of professional experience in Prague, I have been working in Zurich for over ten years – on projects ranging from single-family houses and apartment buildings to schools, from competitions to construction sites. In recent years, two projects have been particularly formative: Bahnhof Wollishofen (SBB & Soppelsa Architekten) and currently Schulhaus Guss Bülach (Schmid Schärer Architekten, project management & BIM, including BIM2Field processes).I have also worked in interior & retail design, product design under my own label Paul Wood, and contributed to a private jet terminal at Prague Airport.
Rage Against The Machine // I question the way we work: Why do we still struggle with poor digital tools? How can planning happen without frustration? Using AI, I build my own tools to improve daily architecture office workflows – my vision is a platform that links communication, plans, tasks, and IFC models more seamlessly. Less chaos, more clarity.
